Help from a Distance

Parents don't always ask for help, even if they need it. With Presto, you can help, even if you can't be there in person. Presto makes it easy to help out with tasks that your loved one may no longer be able to manage on their own.

Presto can help you manage many things. For example:

Doctor's Appointments

Does your loved one have an appointment in three weeks? With Presto, set up a reminder now, and schedule it for delivery to the Printing Mailbox when it will be most effective. Whether that's the week before, day before, or both, set it up when it's convenient for you, deliver it when appropriate for them.

You can even include questions you think they should ask the doctor and a map to the office. If someone else is providing transportation, send a duplicate to them, and they'll have all the information they need.

Recurring Medication Reminders

You can also set up recurring reminders. Does your loved one need help remembering to take their medication? Having a printed reminder delivered daily, or as often as needed, may help.

For the account administrator, all of Presto's features can be accessed from the PrestoConnect website. You can easily see current and pending reminders, ensure that they were delivered, send messages and photos, or send to-do lists from one central location. And, all of this information is accessible from anywhere there is an Internet connection.
